Good UX is not a screen. It is a sequence of decisions that makes the right action feel inevitable.

I start by understanding the system around the interface: people, roles, constraints, evidence, risk and business outcomes. Then I shape the information architecture and interaction model so complexity is progressively revealed—not pushed onto the user.

Rules I use when complexity rises.

Make system status visible.

Never make people guess whether an action succeeded, failed, is pending or needs intervention.

Reveal complexity progressively.

Keep the default view focused, then expose detail when the task, role or risk requires it.

Design AI as evidence, not authority.

Surface confidence, provenance, exceptions and human confirmation so automation supports judgment.

Measure behavior that matters.

Connect design choices to task success, time, recovery, adoption, retention and operational efficiency.
